Delete your data
Volpe keeps your posts, settings and brand voice on your own device. We have no account or database holding a copy. That means you are in control, and deleting is quick.
1. Delete everything on your device
- Open Volpe on the device and browser you used.
- Go to More.
- Tap Delete all data on this device, then confirm.
This removes your connected accounts, brands, hashtag sets, post history, scheduled posts and their pictures, your brand voices, drafts and settings, and any saved sign-in. It cannot be undone. Do this on each device or browser where you used Volpe.
If you no longer have access to that device, clearing the site data for Volpe in the browser's settings does the same thing.
2. Remove access from your social accounts
- Bluesky: in Bluesky, go to Settings, then Privacy and security, then App passwords, and delete the one you made for Volpe.
- Other platforms (when they are added): remove Volpe from the connected apps or integrations list in that platform's settings.
Posts already published stay on those platforms. Delete them there if you want them gone.
3. Anything we might hold
Features such as link previews and AI captions pass text through our servers, but we do not store it, apart from short-lived server logs kept by our host, so there is nothing further for us to delete. If you want to ask about this, or ask us to erase anything we might hold, use our contact form or write to hello@getvolpe.com, and say you are asking about data deletion. We will reply within one month.
